This is a picture of my father standing at a monument commemorating the
downfall of the Nazi Gestapo. The monument is made from actual pieces of rubble
from the destroyed Gestapo Headquarters
building in Berlin Germany. My father
was born
in 1920 to a Jewish family
living in Vienna (Wien) Austria.
He managed
to survive the war, the Gestapo did not.
